We had a terrific turnout for registration but with everyone's busy schedules, it's tough to catch everyone.  If you weren't able to make it yesterday, please follow the link at the bottom of this email to the website.  The two pages for registration are located in the text of this same news item as a link.   You can complete them, print them off and drop them to me (Maureen McIvor) at 4310 Quail RIdge Way.

 

If you typically have not been an early registerer, please know that t-shirt orders and the actual time of age group practices are based on registration data.  We won't be able to tell you the precise practice times for given age groups without knowing how many children we have in the categories.  Sooner is truly better.

 

A separate and required step:

All swimmers must register with the league.  This can be done at www.atlantaswimming.com.

 

This year, there is no team charge for swimmers ages 15-18 (only the league registration) and knowing how busy everyone is in this age group, practices are not required.  We simply would like to have swimmers in this age group join us for whatever meets they can -- it's tough on our littler swimmers to be asked to swim up against 15-18 year olds -- and they really look up to the older swimmers.  

 

Finally, if you have a child who has been a continuous swimmer on the swim team, age 15 or older, interested in a Junior Coaching position, please have them email me.  We will be scheduling interviews with Coach Kyle.
