VOLUNTEER POLICY
The Neely Swim Team is an ALL-VOLUNTEER program. It takes approximately 50 volunteers to run an effective swim meet. To ensure the meet runs smoothly and safely, providing the best experience possible for our swimmers and spectators, one adult member ofeach family is REQUIRED to work every meet in which their child is swimming.
Each family is required to sign-up for and work at least 1 session (1 volunteer role) per swim meet that your child swims. The regular season consists of 5 swim meets.
Our home swim meets require extra volunteers, and we need EVERY FAMILY to volunteer to work 2 roles total (can be both parents at the same session). If you have young kids, only sign up for the 1st session since your kids will be done earlier.
