Good morning,

We have our second meet today at Horseshoe Bend. We will mark swimmers for their events at this morning's practice. Please arrive around 4:30p to get situated and a bit earlier if your swimmer isn't marked. Our warmup is at 5p and we will begin relay lineups at 5:15p. Under Meets, If you click on the date of today's meet, there is a map in the Comments section.

Tomorrow will be 10-11a Doughnuts and Ribbons. This will also be your chance to talk with a coach if you have any question about your swimmer's progress. There's very little time during our daily practice for our coaches to talk with parents as they are focused on running the practice and the safety of our littlest swimmers. 

Finally, go ahead and RSVP/Volunteer for next week's meet. End of day Monday is when we need availability information as it takes a day to put together the lineup and it's very quickly due to the other team thereafter. Conversations poolside do not help our coaches remember whether your child will be there -- with 120 kids on the roster, it's just too many. Please use the online system ASAP.
