This afternoon is our home meet against Woodfield.  The grill will be firing, pizza and concessions will be available and it's going to be a great time.  Please arrive around 4:15p to get your swimmer into their bullpen (please remind them that they need to remain in their bullpen between events and not with their parent or on the playground), marked for their events and to pick up your volunteer assignment.  Warmup is at 4:30p.  It's also going to be VERY hot -- remind your swimmer to keep hydrated.

For your information and CRITICAL if you are working the computer at the meet:

• Point scoring for any event can only occur in Heat 1.
• Individual events are scored 1st - 5, 2nd - 3, 3rd - 1 but only two swimmers/team can score points.
• Relay events are scored 1st - 7, 2nd - 3 and only one relay per team may score points.

Please put this information into your memory so if you're officially or randomly asked to assist with the computer, you know the rules of the meet.

If you're assigned to a job new to you, please consult the Team Manual on the website before coming to the meet.
