Good Friday afternoon,

Although registration is only a little over a week away (another email to follow with your documents for that), I couldn't wait until then to share with you some exciting news.  I am delighted that Emily Berg and Leanne Moore are returning as our Head Coaches this season. They did a tremendous job last summer and we are privileged to have them back.

This season we also have Josh Hersko joining us as a Coaching Advisor. Josh is currently the Assistant Coach for the Men's and Women's Swimming Teams at Berry College.  He will serve us in two capacities.  Prior to and during the season, he will be meeting with our Head and Junior Coaches weekly to conduct training sessions, help guide the structure of the weekly practices and review issues that have come up during the prior week.  He will attend an afternoon practice each week to watch our swimmers and coaches in action.  

In addition, he will be conducting weekly stroke clinics for our team each Saturday morning in June focusing on:

• Racing skills
• Starts and turns
• Technique

More specifics will follow regarding the schedule and details for the season. It's hard not to think about swimming on a gorgeous day like today -- it won't be long!
