To clarify any confusion about how to RSVP:

1. Go to http://neelyfarm.swim-team.us/
2. Select SWIM MEETS from the left menu
3. Next to the particular meet, select the RSVP icon
4. In the RESPONDING FOR field, enter your email address
5. Select Yes/No for your swimmer(s) for that meet
6. Click SAVE

Then proceed to the corresponding Volunteer icon and sign up for the job of your choice.

To ensure that everyone understands the volunteering responsibilities, let me be direct. Every family, regardless of the age of their swimmer, is obligated to volunteer for at least one half of every meet in which their swimmer is participating. This applies to the parents of coaches as well as swimmers.  For home meets, we may ask both parents to work one half of the meet or a single parent to work the entire meet. Please respond respectfully to any request that you receive to work - every one of us is a volunteer and none are exempted from the work responsibilities. It is an enormous undertaking to have a home meet and we have three this season. On the upside, these are great opportunities to raise money via concessions and grill sales and are certainly more convenient than driving out of the neighborhood. However, they are also lots of work. Please do all that you can to assist and support our volunteer coordinators when they ask for your help.

I am not able to handle RSVPs via email due to the size of the team. The only way to RSVP is via the website.
