Saturday stroke clinic will be focused on Fly and Breaststroke technique (Including starts, turns, and race strategies for both strokes).  Coach Josh Hersko will be utilizing a host of quality drills during the instruction to help improve technique and
will be in the water demonstrating proper technique and working hands-on with all swimmers.
