Thank you so much to all our hard working volunteers and coaches during last night's meet. It was a logistically challenging layout and everyone made the best of it. Particular thanks to Elizabeth Hale and Laura Dye - the tattoos were a HIT!

Some important items:

• Several families left with swimmers before their events were completed. This creates havoc. If you have an urgent situation requiring an early departure, please indicate it on your RSVP and never leave without checking with a coach.
• Although the bullpen setup was sub-optimal, we still urgently need your children to remain in their bullpen. Please remind them of this. This applies to all ages.
• Sportsmanship is extremely important to this league and to me. It does not reflect well on our team or our neighborhood when our swimmers boo the other team's score. I certainly appreciate that it is fun to win and disappointing when we don't, but this is summer swim league and it is not about competitiveness. Please speak with your children about appropriate conduct at swim meets.

RSVPs are due Monday by noon for next Thursday's away meet - and ensure that you've signed up for a Volunteer position. I have eliminated the Meet Setup role as our coaches have been handling those responsibilities. If you signed up for that position for any of the remaining meets, you will need to select a different position.
