Due to another contamination incident, there will be no practice Monday morning (tomorrow). We will have practice in the afternoon at 4pm and I will add an additional lane to accommodate what are likely to be a large number of swimmers. 

Tomorrow afternoon and Tuesday morning will be the final opportunity to pick up your t-shirts. If you haven't been to practice and seen me or Elizabeth Hale, please take advantage of these times to pick yours up. 

Remember all coaches are expected at training at 3pm tomorrow and distance day is TUESDAY! 

RSVP for Thursday's meet by noon Monday (tomorrow).
