I have reserved the clubhouse for a parent meeting on Monday afternoon during practice. The meeting will begin at 4:15p promptly. It is important that as many families as possible have a representative attend.

At this meeting, all of us who are part of the NF swim team can discuss 2012 - what we would like to see for the team, coaches, etc. I will also present a "State of the Team" to share our financial status.  One item that will be on the agenda will be the leadership positions. Personal commitments mean I won't be able to be the team manager next year. This role can certainly be shared among several people and after three years, I am confident that we have a wonderful structure in place that will allow the team to continue without me at the helm, provided we have a few parents step forward.
