Championship Meet at Georgia Tech

Below is information from the league regarding Friday's meet. Our team is required to provide two timers. Please email me if you can assist - and the more that respond, the better - we can subdivide the session so that no one has to work the entire time.

Thanks,

Maureen

Teams,

Below is the list of workers for this week's divisional meet, this information can also be viewed at http://atlantaswimming.com/NASChampionships.asp and by clicking on the Workers Schedule link. Please make sure you staff your positions for the duration of your session. You may work in shifts if you like, but are responsible for the assigned job for the entire session. Please make sure your folks know where to report and when to be there, some jobs must be in place up to 1 hour and 15 minutes before the start of session. I will finalize the timing assignments of which pool your timers will be working in tomorrow. Additionally, I will e mail the worker assignments for Saturday's finals on Tuesday.

Also listed is where your team area will be. While there are no specific areas assigned for each team, please make sure you sit only in the designated area for team setup. For teams sitting on the pool deck, that is the area on the opposite side of the pool from the main spectator seating. For teams sitting upstairs this includes seating areas designated in the seating diagram located at http://atlantaswimming.com/NASChampionships.asp and clicking on Seating Chart. Please do not take more seats than your team needs. The first team we see roping off their team area like a crime scene will be asked to sit in the parking lot (I hear it will be a breezy 95 degrees later this week).

If you have any questions about your assignments, please don't hesitate to call or e mail. I will publish a psych sheet tomorrow, please carefully review that information to make sure your entries are as you want them. Please do not request to change events at this point though, changes to individual events are not allowed. In the meantime if you have late entries for the meet, please e mail me with the information as soon as possible. Late entries will be taken up to 1 hour prior to the start of each session.

Please remember to bring one check for your entry fees to your divisional session. Please make sure checks are made payable to CAPITAL CITY SPORTS. The entry fee for the meet is $15 per swimmer.

Timers please report to the bullpen for your pool 30 minutes prior to the start of the session
