Tomorrow is the 1st Stroke Clinic of the summer.
Strokes: Freestyle and Backstroke
Age Groups: 7 and ups
When: 9:30 - 11:00 am

Great job to all the swimmers last night! The meet was exciting and it was great to see everyone race! I am very proud of each swimmer - you did great : ) The pool deck was full of energy, cheering, and excitement as well all cheered on our family of swimmers. Swimmers, continue to listen to the coaches and work hard on improving your strokes. Each practice is filled with drills that will make your strokes stronger and you faster.
Next week starts the first week of morning practices. Please review the calendar for your practice times. There are two afternoon practices as well. Yes, swimmers can attend both practices and this will help them improve quicker. I would recommend that 9 and ups try to make swim at least one two day practices each week. The two a day practices are on Mondays and Wednesdays where there is both morning and afternoon practices.
