Just a quick correction for Thursday night's meet.  Our meet this Thursday (6/20) will be an away meet at Spring Ridge NOT 'Spalding Ridge'.  I apologize for any confusion...

Also, the coaches have already had a chance to preview the meet heat sheet and it looks like this is going to be a highly competitive meet.  We're gonna need everyone to be on their 'A' game tomorrow night!  :)

Can't wait for some great swim meet action... see ya at practice tomorrow morning!
