RSVP for the Pinewalk Meet by Sunday, May 25 at 8:00 pm

Neely Farm Swim Team Families,

As of Sunday afternoon we have only 56 out of 117 swimmers registered for our first meet next Thursday at Pinewalk (see the list below.) We have 11 swimmers who are not attending and 78 swimmers who we need an RSVP from by the 8:00 pm deadline tonight to be able to enter them in the meet.

We also still need 17 volunteers to be able to run a successful away meet. If your child swims in the meet, then you need to volunteer!

Please review the RSVP and Volunteer instructions below and RSVP and volunteer by 8:00 pm tonight, Sunday, May 25, so you can get to get your swimmers in the meet.  We're trying to make this as easy as possible for you, so everything is just one click away:

Please help us out and RSVP and volunteer now so that we can get as many swimmers into the meet as possible. Your coaches need every minute on Monday and Tuesday to pick the best meet lineup for 119 swimmers in 74 individual events and 22 relays before we turn in our lineup Wednesday morning. We need to know who is going to do that!

To RSVP:

  • In the Responding For field, enter the email address you provided at registration and hit the TAB key or click outside the box.
  • Your name will now appear in the Responding For field and each child in your family will be listed under the Attendance field.
  • In the Attendance field, click Yes or No for each child depending on whether they will be at the meet
  • Leave any notes for the coaches in the Comments field (e.g. arriving late, leaving early, etc.)
  • Enter the number of adults who will be coming to the meet in the How Many? Adults field. Do not change the How Many? Children field
  • IMPORTANT: Click Save. (You will see "Your RSVP was saved successfully." in red at the top of the RSVP form.

To Volunteer:

  • Pick a volunteer position and enter the email address you provided at registration and hit the TAB key or click outside the box
  • Your name will now appear in the Volunteer field.
  • IMPORTANT: Click Save.
