SWIMSUITS--URGENT REPLY NEEDED
Hello Parents,
I am sorry to inform you that we are having problems getting our team suits. This will be a lengthy email - please read the entire email.
We ordered our team suits from Kastaway swimwear. Kastaway has closed all their GA stores. We have been trying to contact their corporate office, but they are not returning our messages.
We have a plan B, but we need your help to proceed:
1. Please check with your bank to see if your check to Kastaway has been cashed. Neither my check nor my credit card purchases were cashed or run. If you do not have a record of your email, pleased contact me at [email protected], and I will send you your check # and amount.
2. Please let me know by 5:00pm tomorrow if your check was cashed.
If you paid cash, you will be reimbursed.
We cannot order with the new company until we know the status of the Kastaway checks. Please reply by tomorrow!
