Please take a second to fill out the following stroke preference form. This will allow us to get a feeling for what your child likes to swim and what he or she does not like to swim. 

Please know that this does not guarantee that your child will swim these events .... it just helps us get to know them a bit quicker as we are jumping into 130 new faces and new talent!
