Parents,

This email is very long, but has a lot of very important information.  Please read the entire email.  There is information on:

• Monday's Meet (6/1)

Monday's Meet:

Thank you for the RSVP's.  We have enough swimmers and volunteers to host the meet against Country Club of Roswell tomorrow night at our pool. 

Your child will be marked with their events at practice tomorrow morning.  If your child is not at the morning practice they will be marked by coaches once they arrive at the meet.  A check-in table will be set up outside of the pool gate.  Please check in your child and check in for your volunteer spot.  Parents who are signed  up for age-group volunteers and deck managers--there will be a meeting for you at 5:10 on the grassy area next to the pool.  Those signed up as timers--there will be a meeting for you at the starters table at 5:15 (far right end of pool).  

Please plan to arrive between 4:00 and 4:15.  This will allow us to get settled in our bull pen, write on the kids' arms and get ready for our 4:30 warm up. 

Notify coach Alex immediately if your child is entered and they should not be OR they should be entered and are not. 

If your child gets sick, please notify coach Alex immediately via text or email ASAP.  She can make changes for illness, but only if she knows in advance.  Text is the quickest way to communicate, so store her number--678-910-9769.

Practice Schedule Changes:

Due to a large number of 11 & up swimmers we need to make adjustments to the practice schedule to ensure the safety of all swimmers. Please note the earlier start times. Please be on time so your child can get the most out of practices.  6 & Unders must exit the pool at 8:30.  The new schedule is as follows:

8-8:30           6&Under

8:00-8:45       7/8

8:45-9:30       9/10

9:30-10:15    11/12

10:15-11      13&up    

Upcoming Events:

Wed.  6/3 Team dinner at Nemoe's, 5:30.  As a way to thank Nemoes for donating food for our meet last week we'd like to encourage families to eat at the restaurant this Wednesday. 

Thurs.  6/4  Away meet-Please RSVP for your child and your voulnteer duties by midnight Monday night.  We cannot continue to wait until the last minute for parents to respond.  Meets will be canceled if necessary, which would be very disappointing for the kids.

Friday 6/5  Movie at the pool.  We will be showing "Maleficient" starting at dusk.  Bring your drinks and coolers and enjoy this fun night.
