Here is a reminder about the volunteer responsibilities for tomorrow night's meet:

Thursday, June 11 at Neely Farms

5:30pm meet begins (Swimmers check-in at 3:00pm)

Please check in & pick up your badges. Please return your badges to the Concession stand (breezeway) after your session.

 

Bullpen

Age-Group Parents (first/second session except 6U)

6U Boys -- Hendrix, Hughes      6U Girls – Eagen, Coetzee

7/8 Boys - Balderas/Sik             7/8 Girls – Brohm-Wedding/White

9/10 Boys - Tomala/Cassar       9/10 Girls – Hippeli/Jaudon

11/12 Boys - Davis/Sacca         11/12 Girls - Ostapiuk/Evanoff

 

Managers 

Session 1 – Kuipers (Deck Mgr), Epperson (Asst DM), Stewart (Coordinator)

Session 2 – Ostapiuk (DM), Amorose (Asst DM)

Session 1 volunteers please report to Beth Ostapiuk in the team area (grass) at 5:10pm to start staging the relays.

Session 2 volunteers please report to the Bullpen Coordinator in the team area at Event 40.  We will make the switch at Event 44.

 

Timer

Session 2 – Pinardo, Murray-Herlocher, Ratchford, Stone, Berg, Olsen

 

Session 1 volunteers please report to Alan Stewart at the starter’s table at 5:15pm.

Session 2 volunteers please report to the starter’s table at Event 40.  We will make the switch at Event 44.

Please report to the David Youngman in the clubhouse at Event 40.

Session 1 Concession volunteers please report to the breezeway at 5:00pm.

Session 1 Grill volunteers report to the grill at 5:15pm; Grill Lead needs to set up at 4:15 & start grill at 5:00pm.
