Just a reminder… you volunteered to work the swim meet this week:

5:30pm meet begins (Swimmers check-in at 4:00pm)

Please check in & pick up your badges. Please return your badges to the Concession stand (breezeway) after your session.

 

Bullpen

Age-Group Parents (first/second session except 6U)

  • Session 1 volunteers please report to Beth Ostapiuk in the team area (grass) at 5:10pm to start staging the relays.
  • Session 2 volunteers please report to the Bullpen Coordinator in the team area at Event 40.  We will make the switch at Event 44.

  • Please report to the David Youngman in the clubhouse at Event 40.

 

Judges & Recorders

  • Session 1 Concession volunteers please report to the breezeway at 5:00pm.
  • Session 1 Grill volunteers report to the grill at 5:15pm; Grill Lead needs to set up at 4:15 & start grill at 5:00pm.
  • Session 2 volunteers please report to the either the breezeway or grill at Event 40.  We will make the switch at Event 44.
