Hello Mallard Parents,

We have a lot of upcoming events.  Please read the entire email.

• Team Pictures at 3:45 (Thu)
• "Finding Dory"

• Divisonal Meet Deadline -- need reply by 8am tomorrow
• End of the Season Banquet-- RSVP by Friday

Just a reminder that we have our LAST HOME meet tomorrow against Horseshoe Bend.  Parents, please instruct your kids to stay in the bullpen area.  NO ONE SHOULD BE ON THE PLAYGROUND during the meet.

• Theme:  Red, White and Blue
• Swimmer Check-in:  3:30pm
• ​Team pictures:  3:45pm. Kids will be photographed in their Red, white & blue.
• Warm-ups begin at 4:30pm
• Ice Cream truck will be onsite at 8:30pm after the meet
• Heat Sheets will be available for $1.00 at the check-in table. Heat sheets are a great way to follow your child's swimming events and your teammates' events.
• Fresh fruit and baked goods needed for the swim meet.  Sign up will be coming out shortly.

The Team event this week is "Finding Dory."  The movie starts at 11:20 at the Regal Theaters on Medlock Bridge.  The cost is $10 per person.  Please pay Coach Alex or Elena Woodrough by the end of tomorrow's practice. 

Stroke Clinic will be this Friday before ribbons and doughnuts. Ages 10 and under begin at 8:30, and ages 11 and up will begin at 9pm.  

Please use the google doc to choose TWO (ONLY TWO) Events for your child to swim in the GA Tech championship meet! All 6 & Unders will be entered in 25 Free and 25 Back. I will put together all relays based on availability. Please fill one out for each of your swimmers. Please complete the GA Tech Entry Form by 8am tomorrow.

End of the Season banquet will be next Wednesday, Jun 29th, at the Neely Farm pool beginning at 6:00pm.  The Neely Swim Team will be providing meat for the parents and swimmers.  Please note, EVERY FAMILY needs to bring a side dish.  You can sign up for a dish under the Volunteer button (next to the RSVP).  In addition to the banquet, we have 3 swim meets next week (Glastonberry, ASA Divisional, ASA Finals); I have to purchase all the food and drinks for the banquet THIS WEEKEND. Therefore, I need you to RSVP for the banquet by MIDNIGHT, FRIDAY, JUN 24th. We are also in need of volunteers to help set up, grill and clean up.  If you are available, please sign up under the volunteer button.
