We are looking for some great teenage swimmers to mentor and teach our younger swimmers on the Neely Mallard Swim team.  The Junior Swim Coach position is open to registered Neely Mallard swimmers 14-18 years of age. This position offers you a chance to become a role model to younger swimmers while also gaining valuable coaching experience.

The Junior Swim Coach is a Neely Mallard swim team member who works with the Head Coach, Assistant Coach and other coaches to provide stroke instruction, mentoring and motivation to members of the swim team.

 Applications and resumes must be received no later than Friday, March 31st for consideration.  Interviews will take place in April after Spring Break.
