Hello Parents,

The home team did not provide the heat sheets this morning, so the coaches were not able to write the events on your child's arm/leg. I am attaching the heat sheets and a list of events by child. If you have time, please write your child's event, heat and lane information on his/her arm or leg. If you don't have time or do not know how, the coaches will help you tonight.

We have had some kids drop since we submitted our entires, so the relays may change a little. The coaches will let you know tonight.

Remember, be at the pool at 4:00pm. Warm-ups begin at 4:30pm. Our bullpen is located on the basketball courts. Please make sure your child has a chair or towel to sit on. I would expect the ground will get a little warm.
