Hello swim families! 

It has been wonderful to see so many families at the pool as practices have taken off, the energy from coaches and kids has been awesome and we are so excited about the summer ahead.  We wanted to send a quick thank you so all who supported the team at Moe's BBQ last night, too! 

1) Help Wanted Monday! 

Monday 5/20--During practices, we will be cleaning out our storage unit under the clubhouse and hosing/washing coolers, tables and chairs. Anyone who is available, we would love to have many hands making light work. Join us if you can around 4:30 to knock out this task and help us get in good shape for the first mock meet next week! 

2) Kickoff Breakfast RSVP: Please let us know if your swimmers will be present and eating breakfast on our first morning practice so we can order food accordingly. 2) Meet Signups: All meets are now open for parent jobs and for swimmer RSVP. Please look at schedules and get your swimmers signed up for the meets they can attend and go ahead and choose your parent responsibility jobs as well. 3) Job Descriptions and Support: We want to offer a little job description for some of the roles that might sound a little intimidating or just to explain all of them better. *Pro tip for new parents (or if you are signing up for one you've never done before): you may want to sign up for second shift and watch the first shift person a little to get familiar. Or watch a role at an early meet and then be ready to do that job at a later meet. Or just connect with the volunteer coordinator ahead of time with questions to prepare.*
