Greetings Neely Swim Families!

It's almost Meet day...

We currently have 83 swimmers signed up to swim tomorrow; Martin's Landing is bringing 108. Please be aware that there are multiple age groups for which we can field only one relay team per relay event.  We simply don't have the swimmers to field two relay teams in some age groups.  With that in mind, Madison seeded the relays based on times.  Please be supportive and encouraging, even if your swimmer is not in a relay.

Tomorrow's theme is NEON!! A prize will be awarded at Fun Friday for Thursday's best dressed swimmer!

Tomorrow's forecast is HOT. The high will be 91. Please make sure to send your swimmer with plenty of fluids such as water, Gatorade, or Powerade. And throw in some water for yourself as well.  Also include healthy snacks like watermelon and frozen grapes in your swimmer's bag. 

Bullpen Parents and Swim Parents, please keep in mind the Playground will be CLOSED (for liability reasons) to all swimmers during the meet. Swim Parents, please make every effort to keep your swimmers in the bullpen.  Should they elect to sit with you on the pool deck, please make sure you get them to the staging area 5 events BEFORE their event. (Our Deck Managers thank you!)  Lastly, there should be NO rough play in the Bullpen.

We still have three open second half Timer positions! We cannot efficiently run the meet without filling these positions.  If you're available to time, please fill one of the slots.

Concessions will need a few items to complete their meal offerings at the meet.  The Sign Up Genius is HERE. Please consider donating a food item.
