I hope you are having a great summer. It's hard to believe it's almost over, and school will be starting in less than 2 weeks for some of you. We have a few final things to cover, please read the entire email.

Swim Team Survey

Please take 10 minutes to complete the survey below. this is a neighborhood swim team, and the best way to have your voice heard it to complete this survey. It is an anonymous survey, but you can choose to include your name if we have any follow up questions for you. We use the results of this survey to make changes - improve the swim team program. Please be constructive in your open comments, and help us find solutions for improvement.

VOLUNTEER LEADS NEEDED FOR NEXT YEAR

It really does take a village to run a swim team. I am trying to fill any open volunteer positions before my resignation goes into effect. If you are interested, please call me (404.433.3177).  We ask that you serve 2 years a lead -- one year to train and the next year to lead and train someone else. If you are not planning to repeat your role listed below, please let me know ASAP.

I will be glad to review the responsibilities and the time commitment for each position. I have personally handled most of the lead positions above, so I would be the best person to answer your questions.

Also, if you would like to serve on the Swim Team Board, please email me. Please note, you must live in Neely Farms to serve on the board. We will vote on the new board at the October meeting, which will be open to alll swim team members. Date to be announced.

LAST CHANCE TO ORDER PICTURES

The last day to order team or individual pictures is July 31st. The photos will no longer be available on line. To order a team picture or individual picture, please CLICK HERE to go the the DayC Photography website. To view the team photo proofs, click “proofs on line” under the pictures, then click the first picture ( the one of gymnastics) which is sports. Enter your email and the access code swim2018 (all lowercase no spaces). The pictures are in folders and include last years pictures too.
