Our first week of swim practice is in the books. I think it was the warmest first week ever.

Swimmer Code of Conduct

Each swimmer must sign the Neely Mallard Swimmer Code of Conduct. Parents please print out the contract and review with your kids. The form is attached. Please bring the signature page to practice this week. Your child will NOT be able to swim in a meet until the form has been submitted. If a board member is not at practice, please look for a box under the magnolia tree.

Mandatory Parent Meeting

We will have a parent meeting on Tuesday, May 22, in the clubhouse. There will be 2 meetings: 4:30 and 5:30. Please plan to attend.

Mock Meet

Please mark your calendar for our Mock Meet on Thursday, May 24^th. Set up will be at 4:00; the meet will begin at 4:30. Every swimmer will swim the short free, back, breast and fly events, so we can have times on everyone for the first meet. We still have a couple of volunteer positions open, so please sign up HERE.

JR’s Log House Kick Off Breakfast – please RSVP

We will have our annual kick off breakfast in the breezeway of our pool on Friday, June 1^st. Please RSVP so we order enough food. Please remember, food is for the KIDS only. If you do not RSVP, you may not be able to eat.

Mallards @ White Water

Please join us for a MALLARD DAY at Six Flags Whitewater on Sunday, June 10th. The park is open from 10:30 AM to 7 PM.

We will purchase group tickets @ $30 per person. You will need to RSVP and pay for your ticket in advance. If you have season tickets, you do NOT need to RSVP/purchase group tickets. You can either pay online via WePay or pay be check. Please CLICK HERE for instructions to pay by check. The cutoff to purchase tickets is May 25th. If you purchase a ticket and cannot attend, your ticket is valid through the entire summer. We will not be refunding any tickets. This is not a drop-off event. Parents, you are responsible for kids; this is a family event.

Team Pictures

Thank you to our sponsors, Day C Photography, our team pictures will be taken BEFORE our first HOME meet on Thu, May 31st. Please have your swimmer(s) at the pool by 3:45 PM. Individual and underwater pictures will be taken on Friday, Jun 15^th, during Fun Friday. Order forms will be available shortly.

Volunteers Needed

Our meet schedule has been set. We are have several volunteer positions open at the FIRST home meet. Please CLICK HERE to volunteer.
